Pennsylvania Sen. Doug Mastriano Vows to Issue Subpoenas for Forensic Election Audit in Coming Weeks

Again in July, Pennsylvania Senator Doug Mastriano informed One America Information that he’ll ask the Pennsylvania Senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee he chairs to challenge subpoenas to compel counties to cooperate along with his effort to examine the 2020 election.

This was after Pennsylvania counties Tioga and Philadephia declined to take part in the Senate’s authorized forensic election audit.

Doug Mastriano mentioned the mafia ways by state leaders to threaten the counties which will take part in a forensic audit. He’s decided to get to the underside of the election fraud in the 2020 Pennsylvania presidential election.

On Thursday Doug Mastriano informed OAN he’s ready to challenge subpoenas when his committee reconvenes in the approaching weeks.

Conservative Brief reported by way of Pro-Trump News:

In an interview on One America Information, Republican state Sen. Doug Mastriano, who chairs the state Senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee, stated he’s ready to challenge subpoenas.

“We’re eagerly awaiting my committee coming together when I can get a quorum, get everyone’s calendars matched up—it is summertime. As soon as I get a quorum, we will have a meeting, we will vote on subpoenas, and let the fun begin,” he stated.

Mastriano initiated a forensic probe of the 2020 and 2021 elections in early July by sending requests for supplies like ballots and asking for entry to machines, to Tioga, York, and Philadelphia counties.
